Adam Cardilini is a Senior Lecturer whose work sits at the intersection of ecology, conservation, and social science. His research focuses on how animals are considered in science and society, with interests spanning animal ethics in science, conservation and animal social science, and animal-centred perspectives on human beliefs and behaviours toward animals. He uses interdisciplinary and social science approaches to examine issues in conservation biology, animal use in research, and animal agriculture, while also contributing to teaching in environmental science and science communication.
